1. Introduction
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Thor Widgets and related services. By purchasing, downloading, or using Thor Widgets, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree with these Terms, you may not use the application.
2. License Agreement
Thor Widgets provides a software license that allows you to use the application according to these Terms.
Purchasing Thor Widgets grants you a lifetime license for the purchased product version unless otherwise stated. The license is a one-time purchase and does not include a subscription.
3. License Restrictions
Each license key is intended for personal use by the purchaser and may only be active on one device at a time.
You may not:
- Share, distribute, sell, or transfer your license key without permission
- Provide your license key to other users
- Create unauthorized copies of the application
- Bypass or disable license protection systems
4. Device Activation and Rebinding
A license key is connected to a device for activation and security purposes.
One device change (rebind) is provided free of charge.
If you need additional device changes, you may contact support and we will review the request on a case-by-case basis.
5. License Ownership Changes
License keys may not be transferred or distributed to other individuals.
Requests such as changing the email address associated with a license may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis through support.
6. Software Restrictions
You may not:
- Reverse engineer the application
- Decompile or attempt to extract source code
- Modify or create unauthorized versions of the application
- Attempt to circumvent security or licensing mechanisms
7. Acceptable Use
You agree to use Thor Widgets only for lawful purposes.
You may not use the application to:
- Perform illegal activities
- Distribute malicious software
- Attempt to compromise security systems
- Abuse or interfere with our services
8. Updates and Changes
We may release updates, improvements, bug fixes, or changes to Thor Widgets.
We do not guarantee that every future update or feature will be available for all versions of the application.

11. Disclaimer
Thor Widgets is provided on an "as available" basis.
While we aim to provide a reliable application, we do not guarantee that the application will always be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with every system configuration.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Thor Widgets shall not be liable for indirect damages, loss of data, loss of profits, or other damages resulting from the use or inability to use the application.
13. Age Requirements
If you are under the age of majority in your country, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian to purchase and use Thor Widgets.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden.
